We welcome children from 1 to 14 years. Weekend batches are grouped by age so your child trains with peers at the same level.

What should my child wear for the free trial?＋

Comfortable sportswear (t-shirt and shorts or leggings), hair tied back and a water bottle. Classes are barefoot on matted floors.

Is the trial really free?＋

Yes — one free trial class per family, with no payment and no commitment.
