Little Tumblers
Our youngest class, with a grown-up joining in on the mat. Sixty minutes of guided play that builds gross motor skills, balance, coordination and spatial awareness — and a whole lot of parent-child bonding.
First rolls, first climbs, first high-fives.
- ✓ A grown-up stays on the mat for the whole session.
- ✓ Soft rainbow mats, cheese wedges and low apparatus only.
- ✓ Songs, rhymes and props keep it playful, never drilled.
- ✓ Coach-led, so you always know what to do next.
MILESTONES THEY CAN SEE THEMSELVES HIT.
Every Little Tumblers works through 4 stages. Each mastered skill earns a stamp and XP, each completed stage unlocks a badge — all tracked in the parent portal.
Stage 1 · Mat Explorer
Getting comfortable on the mats with a grown-up close by.
- Log roll (straight-body roll) — Rolls across the mat keeping the body long.
- Egg roll (tucked roll) — Curls into a ball and rolls sideways.
- Animal walks — bear, crab, frog — Copies three animal walks across the mat.
- Bunny hops — Two-foot hops with hands down first.
Stage 2 · Tiny Balancer
Balance and body awareness on the lowest apparatus.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE.
Everyone sings in — kids settle, parents relax.
Animal walks and stretches led by song.
Crawl tunnels, low beam walks, cheese-mat rolls, hanging on the low bar.
Parachute games, then a recap and a stamp in the passport.
PARENT QUESTIONS.
Do I have to join in?
Yes — for 1–3 year olds one parent or caregiver is on the mat for the whole class. That's the point of the programme.
My toddler is shy. Is that ok?
Completely normal. The first couple of classes are often watch-and-copy; coaches never push a child onto apparatus.
What should we wear?
Comfortable fitted clothes for both of you, barefoot in the gym, no jewellery.
