INSIDE A CLASS

THE TUMBLE MAP — EVERY CLASS, THE SAME PROVEN FLOW.

No class here is improvised. Every session follows the Tumble Map: a structured, visual framework that lays out the flow of activities, the week's theme and the skills in focus — organised, engaging and safe, tuned to each age group and skill level.

  1. 01

    Opening Circle

Welcome, introductions and setting the tone. Little Tumblers and Mini Gymnast batches sing a welcoming song together.

  2. 02

    Study Block

The core learning unit for the month — an in-depth look at the targeted skills and concepts.

  3. 03

    Motif

The week's central theme, tying every activity back to the learning objective.

  4. 04

    Name Task

A quick game so coaches learn every child's name — building belonging from minute one.

  5. 05

    Tumble Warm-Up

Song-led warm-ups for the younger batches; a coach-chosen curriculum warm-up for Raising Stars.

  6. 06

    Squad Exercise

Group activities set to music, promoting teamwork, coordination and plain fun.

  7. 07

    Gymnastics Zone 1

First rotation station, pitched to the batch's age and skill level, with one core skill in focus.

  8. 08

    Gymnastics Zone 2

Second rotation — different apparatus, same core skill practised a new way.

  9. 09

    Gymnastics Zone 3

Third rotation completes the circuit so every child gets repetitions on every station.

  10. 10

    Game Time

Gymnastics games and challenges that reinforce the day's learning while it feels like play.

  11. 11

    Closing Circle

A recap of the session, sharing achievements and celebrating what each child managed today.

  12. 12

    Solo / Nature Training

Home practice for the week. Kids keep building between classes — and parents can see the assignment in the parent portal.

THREE ZONES, ONE CORE SKILL

The heart of every session is the Gymnastics Zone. Kids rotate through three stations, each designed for their age and ability — and all three share a single core skill for the week. That means your child practises the same skill three different ways in one class, which is how skills actually stick.

WHY WE DRILL THE BASICS

Safety

Correct body position and landing technique dramatically cut injury risk later.

Skill progression

Muscle memory

Repetition makes basics automatic, freeing focus for harder work.

Correct form

Proper technique from day one avoids habits that are hard to unlearn.

Confidence

Secure fundamentals let kids approach new challenges without fear.

Long-term progress

Solo / Nature Training — practice at home

Learning doesn't stop at the gym door. Each week coaches set a small home-practice assignment. Parents can see it — along with skills, attendance, coach notes and class photos — in the parent portal.
