Mini Gymnast

A proper introduction to gymnastics, taught through games. Kids learn shapes, rolls, jumps and balances while quietly building discipline, focus, perseverance and self-confidence.

Stage 1 · Shape Shifter

Stage 1

Gymnastics starts with shapes — tuck, pike, straddle, straight.

PARENT QUESTIONS.

Does my child need any experience?

None at all. Most Mini Gymnasts start with no gymnastics background.

How big is the class?

Small — we hold a 1 coach : 5 children ratio.

What should they wear?

Leotard or fitted tee with shorts/leggings, barefoot, no jewellery.
